Information we collect

Booking details (name, email, phone, service address, job notes, proposed fee), support chat messages, complaint submissions, and — for job applicants — identity and tax documents. Payment card data is collected and processed directly by Stripe; ServeHub never sees or stores it.

How we use it

To schedule and confirm appointments, assign a qualified professional, process payments, respond to support requests and complaints, maintain business records, and comply with tax and insurance obligations. We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Who can see it

Access is limited to ServeHub management, authorized staff and the professional assigned to your job — and only to the extent needed to perform the service. Applicant identity documents and tax identifiers are stored in encrypted private storage that only the administrator can open.

Retention and security

Records are kept as long as needed for the service, warranty period and legal/tax requirements, then deleted. Data is stored with encryption in transit and at rest, with row-level access rules enforced on our database.

Your California rights (CCPA/CPRA)

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and request details on how it has been used. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. Send requests to vsanch704@gmail.com and we will respond within 45 days.

Children

Our services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
